Proizvodnja donosi dobru zaradu, pa se ovakvim vidom proizvodnje bavi sve vi\u0161e ljudi i u na\u0161oj op\u0161tini.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8222;Pre 4 godine smo uzeli kredit da bi podigli prvi objekat od 208 kvadratnih metara. Pro\u0161le godine smo konkurisali na republi\u010dkom nivou za jo\u0161 dva objekta ukupne povr\u0161ine od 480 kvadrata. Odobreno nam je 75 % ukupne vrednosti, dok je na\u0161e u\u010de\u0161\u0107e bilo 25 %. Od lokalne samouprave \u017diti\u0161te smo dobili sredstva putem konkursa za ekonomsko osna\u017eivanje \u017eena i dobili sredstva kojima smo kupili sredstvo za rad &#8211; frezu u iznosu od 113.000 dinara \u0161to nam je dosta pomoglo i smanjilo tro\u0161kove&#8220;, zapo\u010dinje pri\u010du Rajka tehni\u010dar hortikulture.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Porodica Ugrenovi\u0107 u plastenicima gaji razli\u010dite vrste kultura a svakako su najzastupljeniji paradajz, paprika, zelena salata, krastavci, luk, \u0161pana\u0107. Povr\u0107e koje zahteva manje svetlosti i toplote gaji se u periodu jesen-zima kada je najve\u0107i broj obla\u010dnih dana, a povrtarske vrste s ve\u0107im potrebama svetlosti gaje se u prole\u0107nom, odnosno letnje-jesenjem periodu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8222;Obezbedili smo sisteme za navodnjavanje \u0161to nam puno zna\u010di ali smo morali izbu\u0161iti i bunar. Proizvode plasiramo na pijacama op\u0161tine \u017diti\u0161te jer jo\u0161 uvek nemamo saradnju sa nekim velikim trgovinskim lancem. Susre\u0107emo se sa problemom niskih cena na pijacama ali smo uspeli da od zarade obezbedimo da ulo\u017eimo u jo\u0161 jedan objekat.&#8220;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Pozitivna iskustva na\u0161e sagovornice i njene porodice mogu biti dobar primer za sve koji se u dana\u0161nje vreme susre\u0107u sa brojnim problemima u vezi sa zaposlenjem.
